This organization hosts the largest day camp in the area, and the community cherishes its hard work. At the Winding Trails facility, community members can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, and the organization's yearly Acoustic Festival is a popular event for locals and visitors alike.
 
The Simsbury Meadows Performing Arts Center is a venue that hosts productions throughout the warm summer months, and guests can watch from the lawn or table seats. Locals especially love the Talcott Mountain Music Festival Series. 

The Tunxis Hose Co. Unionville Carnival is another yearly event that occurs in Farmington Valley. Visitors can enjoy a parade, fireworks, games, and carnival rides.
