Meet Anne Decker

I work with buyers and sellers primarily in Tolland, Hartford, and Middlesex counties. I am well-versed in new construction, custom building, and alternative building methods, in addition to pre-existing home sales. 

As one of the newer members of the Marshall + Ostop Team, I have enjoyed expanding my network across the river. My eldest daughter attends Kingswood Oxford, so the West Hartford area has become a second home base! 

Additionally, I hold the GREEN certification from the National Association of REALTORS®, and am a Passive House owner. Buyers looking for resource-efficient homes benefit from a specialist to sift through the available properties or to help them find one that can be modified to their needs. 

Sellers who own high-performance homes know that many important features and technologies of their house may be hidden. I can market and explain those features to attract the right buyers and leverage the most value from them. 

I live in Bolton with my husband and three busy kids. We have goats and chickens and participate in local fairs as part of our 4H club in Tolland. I play squash and tennis, a little golf, and only look forward to winter so I can ski!
